Defective or Damaged Items

We understand that, on rare occasions, an item may arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps:

Provide a clear description of the issue along with photo or video proof of the defect.

If the defect is verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds will only be issued in cases where a replacement is unavailable.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been used or show signs of wear. Any claims for defective products must be made before the item is used.
